Onga pala, isasarado po ang poll na ito at the end of January. By that time, mayroon na tayong general consensus ng venue preference ninyo, as well as may final outing dates na tayo.

Schedule would be as follows:

The discussion will then shift to the preliminary signups on February 1st - one-month run ang outing pre-signups para sa mga gusto sumama. Ita-tally natin yan at ikukumpara sa regular confirmation signups, which would then start on March 1st. Regular confirmation means, mangongolekta na kami ng downpayments. We will end the regular confirmation signups on March 31st. Do take note that on the 31st, pupunta na kami sa resort office/s to do the actual reservation of accommodations.

The whole month of April, ilalaan na namin for the final confirmation signups. Take note that we will use the same system as last year's outing: limited lang ang slots natin para dito as these will be assigned for the so-called "buffer" accommodations. Also, this will be the last chance for confirmed (and downpaid) members to CANCEL if he or she needs to. Hopefully wala namang mag-cancel pero kung di maiiwasan, wala tayo magagawa. Pag nag-cancel kayo within March 1-April 30, we will refund you of the full amount that you downpaid.

So, given that the outing will be on May 18-20, that would be roughly 3 weeks after April 30. Pag nag-cancel kayo after April 30, you will NOT BE ENTITLED FOR ANY DOWNPAYMENT REFUND whatsoever, to avoid inconveniencing the whole group. Fair enough?

So mag-decide muna kayo ng mabuti, at ayusin nyo na muna lahat ng kailangang ayusin (VLs, family event schedules, downpayment funds, etc.) bago kayo magpa-enlist at mag-downpayment.

Mga sirs... Thanks for the schedule, I already plotted my VL for May 18... (Technically weekends lang ang off ng operations.)

I am hoping for additional games in the outing katulad ng more boardgames na may batsu theme... (Last year kasi iisa lang eh...) Dadala na din ako ng video cam for contribution ng vids for kuya habs... Just in case you need another view area of the outing...

Ok mga kids update ulit

Nag-meet kami kahapon nina Habs at Sketch uli (kasabay nung Streetpass EB) para mapag-usapan ding muli ang pre-planning ng outing natin. So far, nakagawa na kami ng isang tentative list ng mga gamit that would comprise the proposed Outing Kit:

1) Mini-LPG tank with top burner - permanent kalan na natin for outings. Right now we're looking into the 2.7kg LPG tank (Gasulito or Superkalan GAZ), but we can also get the 5.5kg tank if the other one is too small.

2) Ice box/cooler - ang gagawin natin is, may isang designated ice box for our drinking ice, then permanent assign si Dandan for his cooler para sa frozen food storage. Other coolers would be on a "bring-your-own, use-your-own" basis, so kung sino ang may gusto magdala ng sarili nilang coolers for chilling their own drinks, feel free to do so at your own expense.

3) Cookware set - we're looking into getting a good-sized wok, a medium/large saucepan at isang medium-sized na kawa/kaldero, yung usually ginagamit sa carinderia para sa saingan nila o lugaw/pares/sabaw, 3 pieces total.

4) Kitchen utensils - standard set frying and sauce spatulas and a ladle, plus 3 sets of good quality kitchen knives and chopping boards, a can opener, a peeler and a pair of tongs.

5) 5-gallon purified water jug with spout - para sa drinking water natin, 1 jug would do.

You guys will do us a big, BIG favor if you can help up canvass for these specific items. Baka may mga kakilala kayo o malapit sa inyo na mga shops na mura ang bigayan sa mga gamit na to so kung pede, tulungan tayong lahat dito.

@xtragravy: Any contribution would be most welcome, pero natanong na rin earlier in this thread kung okay lang mag-contribute ang members (hindi naman compulsary) for the said Outing Kit, so yeah. XD

In addition pala sa sinabi ni Ser Miff, yung kalan, hindi naman kailangan na brand new, as long as in good condition naman, ayos lang. Everything else on the list, preferably bago sana.

Ok kids, time for another (minor) update:

The meeting last Sunday, January 22 was more about briefing the parties concerned dun sa mga napag-usapan ng mga organizers a few weeks ago. Me representatives sa mga mods (Habs, Edd, Sket), sa PPF/Antarcs (Hao, Dee) at sa mga regular members (Cha, Keda, myself) in attendance so napag-usapan din ang mga maipu-push na activities ng bawat grupo.

Enlisted so far were the following:

1) Goukon Jenga - Hao/Dandan
2) KurohiGAY Kiki Ippatsu - Miffster
3) Twister! - Miffster
4) Sorry! - Edd (tama ba? LOL)

We're looking for members who can bring more oldskool group games like playing cards and board games. Ang mga hinahanap namin ay ang mga sumusunod:

1) Classic Monopoly boardgame
2) Ace Trump Cards (with Super Trump, old peeps, ALAM NYO TO)
3) UNO cards

Kung sino meron nitong mga to, dalhin nyo naman para maipamahagi ninyo ang saya

PPF Fighting Game Tournament presents: MBAACC PC has been confirmed by Edd. Players, bring your USB gamepads/sticks.

Also, we're looking into doing a Tong-Its Tourney. Me prizes din syempre, kahit di kamahalan, at least meron
