PPF Outing 2012 - Preliminary Sign-ups

Anyway, I think we can summarize the plus factors of both places to the following:

Kuhala Bay:

- More food prep/eating liberty in terms of cooking and eating space
- Cool air and water for the hot summer season

City of Springs:

- More accessible to supplies and personal needs
- Single yet adequate lodging space for all attendees

Sa Kuhala, we will be forced to step up the pre-planning and preparations for both general and personal matters like meal planning, personal effects, etc.

@xtragravy: With regards to some of your concerns:

- Seriously, if you know what you'll need (i.e. snacks, cigs, etc), then the only real need for a store nearby is to buy something na biglang naubos sa stock or something na biglaan mong kakailanganin.

- Pwede naman ang alcoholic drinks sa Kuhala, pero as much as possible, ayaw namin na may nalalasing/knocked out. That would cause a lot of problems.

- Outing has always been scheduled mid May. 5 months pa naman eh, we'll anounce the date probably around the next PPF Party.

Pagdating sa alcohol concerns, paki-sabi beforehand sa amin kung may balak kayo magdala. Mino-moderate namin yan kasi ayaw naming may hindi magandang mangyari.

Preliminary poll ba Ser? Pede din. Although I doubt we'll still need one. Medyo overwhelming din ang support for CoS eh.

@xtragravy: Ako rin, kailangan mag-file ako ng leave 60 days before the outing para sure na approved ang leave ko. We'll probably discuss more about the sched once nag-meeting uli kami.

I've already started canvassing for some of the items, particularly the portable stove and the cookware. Naghahanap ako nung medium-sized saingan eh.

Regarding plans for a poll, sige lang. Tingin ko, mas "challenging" magplano ng maayos sa Kuhala kesa sa CoS eh, so isa yan sa mga reasons ko for voting Kuhala.
