Oh guys, don't confuse the downpayment from the confirmation.

If you have confirmed for the outing, you don't have to worry for your downpayment. Pero siyempre, priority sa mga nag-down dahil sila ang una pipili ng pwesto nila, o kung saan dorm sila.

If you have not confirmed, sorry, late confirmation (or magsasabi ng sasama sila after the voting date, which is March 25), will not be accepted. By that time, isusubmit na natin yung headcount natin, para makapag-plano kung ilang dorms para swak at manatili sa ating budget na P1,5k.

So there. Priority is confirmation.

Actually, di naman sa hindi na ia-accept yung confirmations after the voting deadline (March 25). Ang problema kasi dyan, kelangan na namin nung final confirmed headcount for the room reservations na dapat eh as early as possible. Pag pinatagal pa kasi, mas lumiliit ang chances na makapag-book tayu ng accommodations, so to be fair to those who voted (and confirmed) early, ang cut-off date is March 25, dahil babalik uli kami dun sa office nila para i-finalize yung room reservations based on the final vote count. By finalized, we mean GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS.

Now, with the issue of the people who will confirm late, it'll purely depend on CHANCE, kasi hindi na namin sure kung me matitira pang rooms na pede nating i-book, so to put it simply, SWERTIHAN. Kung nagkataong meron pang available, then we'll try to accept your late confirmations and book the necessary rooms to accommodate you guys. Yun lang, hindi ito guaranteed, kasi subject to room availability pa.

Syempre, hangga't maaari, wag na tayung bumoto ng late kung balak nyo talaga sumama, kasi dagdag-aasikasuhin pa yung pagpapa-add ng reservations. Maawa naman kayu sa mga nag-aasikaso ng outing proceedings who are going out of their way just to ensure that your outing will be as comfortable and convenient as possible for you.

So please, kung me kilala kayung 100% balak sumama, paki-inform po sila na bumoto dito sa Outing Thread BEFORE MARCH 25, 3PM. We will be strict with the rules this time kasi bagong sistema tayu with the venue change eh, so NO NOTICE/VOTE/100% CONFIRMATION = SEE YOU NEXT YEAR.

Nabanggit ko na to kay Habs sa YM - actually - di ko alam kung alin boboto kasi pareho lang sa akin ang pinaka"pro" na reason e - malapit sa amin ROFL Pero reading newer posts at pagkabanggit ni Dee sa akin sa YM, looks like kailangan ko nga bumoto. La Vista Pansol - sabi kasi ni Kuya e.
