For the downpayment, we require a minimum of P500 para makasama kayo sa list. As per rules last year, ang unang nagbayad ay siyang unang makakapili ng room and kama kung saan mag-stay, and sa kanya na ang kama na yun throughout the rest of the outing.

March 1 na, so as per our schedule, simula na po ito ng Final Confirmation at Downpayment/Reservation period. Ia-update uli natin ito mamaya para i-add ang downpayment details ng Banco de Orz account ni Habs. Ililista din namin dito ang mga pangalan at assignments ng mga nagprisinta ng stuff na napag-usapan sa pre-planning stages (e.g. mga magdadala ng board/card games, event proposals, etc.). More importantly, magro-roll call na din kami upon downpayment/confirmation para sa possible transportation arrangements ng ilang attendees.
Since tapos na tayo sa voting at preliminary stages, advise lang namin na please kung pwede, wala nang magpo-post dito na hindi kayo pwede makasama or anything like that. We reserve posts like that only for those who may have to cancel out their initial reservations on account of important or emergency circumstances that may arise. Syempre, hangga't maaari, ayaw namin ng nagka-cancel pero kung hindi maiiwasan ang situation, we will honor cancellations. As such, rules regarding refunds will be in effect para hindi din tayo makaabala sa mga pupunta.
Bago po tayo magtanong, magbasa po muna tayo ng previous posts dito sa thread na ito para wala nang unnecessary explanations. Tanong na lang po sa mga bagay na medyo naguguluhan kayo, pero basic outing-related inquiries (na na-cover na before dito), kung pwede ay hindi na namin ie-entertain.
